Our pre-squad 8+ years session is for gymnasts who have been identified through a trial or through our clubs recreational sessions who are showing strong basics skills, tightness and improvement in flexibility and the ability to condition with tightness.

Within this group gymnasts have already got strong gymnastics skills, such as handstand and cartwheel, and have the ability to perform a conditioning and flexibility program, which may include getting uncomfortable within the stretch to improve flexibility.

Within this group gymnasts may be invited to represent the club within the East Midlands General Gymnastics 2 piece competitions. Talented individuals may also be asked to represent the club within the East Midlands General Gymnastics four piece based competitions

Wednesdays

6.15am – 7.45pm @ Greasley Sports Centre

OR

Saturdays

11.45am – 1.15pm noon @ Hall Park Academy
